In the months of July and August there are minimum stays of 7 nights and from Saturday to Saturday.

The rate includes:
Wi-Fi;
Air condition;
Bed linen and towels (with weekly change for stays longer than 7 nights).

To be paid on the spot:

City tax : Euro 1,05 per person per night (High season 01/07 – 15/09); Euro 0,85 per person per night (Low season (16/09 – 30/06).
Refundable deposit of  100,00 Euro for incidental damages (to be paid in cash);
it will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage.
The apartments must be left in the same tidy and clean conditions in which they were delivered.
Otherwise, 50% of the security deposit paid will be retained.
Only small size dogs (max 10 Kg) are allowed: Euro 100,00 per stay.
Extra linen change for single bed: Euro 8.00 (sheets and pillowcase);
Extra linen change for double bed: Euro 15.00 (sheets and pillowcases);
Extra bathroom linen change: Euro 8.00 (1 set per person).
Baby Crib on request and availability (children 0-3 years): Euro 30.00 per stay.

Children are free up to 3 years old.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00
Check-out: from 07:00 to 10:00

Booking is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total price for the stay by bank transfer. Balance is due at the arrival date.
For all the reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For late cancellation and no-show the 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For early departure, the total amount will be charged.
